Brotherhood Events

The brotherhood hosts a variety of events for its members each semester. With each pledge class that completes its New Member Education period and presents its case study, we celebrate our growing fraternity at initiation. Lineages with bigs and littles are created to foster membership and leadership within the fraternity.

Special guest speakers are invited to speak at chapter meetings several times during the semester. By inviting distinguished members of the Cornell faculty as well as those who work off-campus, PhiDE brothers gain insight into what it means to be doctors, scientists, leaders, and better communtiy members.

PhiDE also co-sponsors events with other groups on campus to educate a wide range of Cornell students on health-related issues.

This gallery shows the ways in which PhiDE comes together to learn from one another and grow as a fraternity.

Philanthropic Events

PhiDE at Cornell is paired with Golisano Children's Hospital at SUNY Upstate Medical Center, a Children's Miracle Network Hospital. Each semester we plan and run events to raise money for the pediatric patients in Syracuse.

This gallery shows pictures for the different events we've organized for Children's Miracle Network as well as other campaigns we've joined to fight medical issues.

Events

Every year, Phi Delta Epsilon plans and co-sponsors a number of events both on and off campus. While most of these events are service-related, others are educational or brotherhood events geared at uniting pre-medical students across Cornell. We celebrate incoming pledge classes at initiation and honor graduating seniors at the end of each year.
